- Facilitate the smooth operation of FEBC’s International broadcasts by developing and interpreting strategy and policy directions into operational schedules for FEBC’s Shortwave Broadcasting.
- Key Responsibilities – Frequency management, propagation prediction, frequency selection, schedule preparation, broadcast monitoring.
Qualifications: Science degree or equivalent in a broadcast related field of mass communications or engineering preferred.
Skills required: Written, graphic, and oral communications in the English language with an emphasis in electronic forms of communication and documentation. Working in a setting requiring cross-cultural coordination. Experience in international organizations preferred.
Position needed: Director of Public Relation (Volunteer/Missionary)

- Public Relations -To give information of our radio ministries to the donors other organizations and churches.
- Fundraising - To raise resources for our radio ministries and projects to help our financial needs.
Qualifications: Volunteer, Age 30-50 years old, Male or female, Qualified in writing proposals, Creative, have a burden for ministries.
Skills required: Good communication, writing skill, good in using computer, have a skill how to do fund raising for ministries.

Specific responsibilities:
Handle electronic English communications on behalf of or as assigned by the Director.
Respond to communications from FEBC fields, partners and supporters addressed to the Director.
- Draft and publish newsletter to update FEBC fields, partners and supporters about the ministry. This involves coordinating with Audience Relations and Program Department to get information on the results and impact of the broadcast.
- Produce promotional materials – brochure, flyers for specified events, calendar
- Cover special FEBC events for documentation and publication.
- Perform other related tasks as may be assigned.
Qualifications/Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Communication or Social Sciences or equivalent sufficient experience in similar post, culturally sensitive, excellent networking and interpersonal skills, excellent English communication skills – oral and written, proposal writing ability an advantage
