A Suitcase Studio is exactly that... two suitcases into which a mixing desk with transmitter, antenna and a generator is fitted. This is the equipment needed to produce and transmit a radio program in an emergency situation.
These were successfully used in the October 2009 Indonesia earthquake, the Bihar, India floods in 2008 and following the Asian Tsunami of 2004.
