Vietnamese Student Finds Peace

A homesick student in Vietnam had never believed in religion, but after listening to FEBC’s programs, she realised her soul lived in a prison of darkness:
‘One evening several days ago, I was searching for a station and discovered your radio frequency. I began to listen. Looking back, I’d say a miracle happened!
‘Your teaching brought peace to my troubled heart. For the past three days, I feel like I’ve been living in a different world, filled with joy and happiness, with no fears or worries.
‘I never before believed in a religion, but ever since I started to listen to your programs, I realise I foolishly confined my soul to a prison of darkness. These past few days I have been truly happy. Since I attend college far from home, I’ve been quite sad and homesick, but from the day I started listening to your broadcasts, I no longer feel this way.
