Each year FEB International offices and studios receive over 1,100,000 listener contacts via letter, email, SMS, phone calls and at times personal visits. Some fields organise listener meetings where they visit areas and give opportunities for listeners to meet the programmers whose voices they have come to trust.

‘As a youth, I listened to FEBC and believed in God. However, my family are temple leaders of the Japanese religion. As the oldest child, I was responsible for the continuity. I couldn't attend church or reveal my faith. I once tried to give up Jesus. Nevertheless, I listened to FEBC once again and have been working on the Bible study course, for seven years already. I met a pastor who once spoke on the FEBC broadcast. He understood my circumstances so well. Though I couldn't attend the Sunday service, he gave me Bible studies on weekdays. At each lesson, I found joy from inside and wondered how happy I was to learn about God. I never thought I could step foot in the church. I have no way but to believe that God led me. Thanks to FEBC, I was baptized yesterday, April 8, 2009.’
