An average of over 62,000 listener responses are received by FEB Radio International offices each month.
Listeners communicate via letter, phone, fax, e-mail, text message or by personal visits to ministry offices.
People outside the Christian faith comprise almost half of the contacts. Typically, appreciation is expressed, often with questions or requests for help.
From these, our programmers can gauge the effect the broadcasts are having. Questions are answered on air and future programs are prepared to more accurately meet the needs of listeners.
Many listeners are illiterate. Some cannot afford to write, or choose not to for fear of persecution. At times, authorities intercept these letters.

Same-language staff members respond to all listeners' requests with
Bibles, literature, counsel or Bible correspondence material. Where the
situation allows, personal contact is arranged. If available, listeners
are encouraged to join local Christian fellowships.
