Focus on Saipan (14 minutes)
Take a look around the shortwave transmitting facility on the tiny Pacific island of Saipan. Ascend the 100 metre towers with staff who undertake a constant regime of maintenance of the masts and antennas in the battle against rust and typhoons. Saipan’s transmitters broadcast the gospel into Russia and the north Asian landmass.
Focus on Japan
Part 1 (19 minutes) describes how FEBC, the only Christian radio station heard in Japan, approaches this group society with the challenge of individually committing their lives to God.
Part 2 (25 minutes) interviews Keiko, now FEBC Japan’s Director and a much-loved program producer for over 30 years.
